Order Shipping

  • Expected delivery dates are shown on each item's page and consider shipments to mainland Portugal, and may vary depending on the type of item;
  • Delivery dates may be restricted in exceptional situations for internal logistical or operational reasons of the carriers, or in special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas where there is a greater volume of orders;
  • In the case of large household appliances, the cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the merchandise, and there is currently no free shipping on this type of product;
  • Orders are sent and delivered on working days, that is, between Monday and Friday, as long as it is not a national or local holiday, in Leiria or in the location of delivery;
  • In situations where there is no stock of an item at this location and an internal transfer is necessary, an additional 1-2 business days will be added to the times indicated;
  • When the shipment is made, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number so you can follow all the stages of shipping until delivery, through the website of the carriers we use;
  • For internal logistical reasons, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. You will receive an email for each shipment made, which contains the items shipped in that shipment;
  • If for any reason you are unable to be present to receive your order, depending on the carrier and the dimensions of the item, one of the following actions may occur:
    • New delivery attempt (normally the next day).
    • Notification left in the mailbox to collect at a collection point.
    • Return process to ParadiseCollectors has begun.
  • When you receive the order, you must check the integrity of the items in the presence of the courier, and refuse delivery if there is visible damage.
